The Lexington Observer, 17 January 2025
The Lexington Historical Commission had imposed a 21-month demolition delay on the property in January 2025 in response to a proposed sale to a developer who planned to demolish the house to make way for new construction. The property was subsequently sold to a resident of the Moon Hill community and its fate is unknown.

Preservation Massachusetts recently listed the house at 25 Moon Hill Road as one of the ten most endangered historic resources in Massachusetts. This house was the first to be completed in the Moon Hill development and was the home of Donald Clark, a Harvard Business School professor, and his family. As such it is an iconic example of the very early mid-century modern architecture in New England.
